Before applying for performance please be aware that we do not pay for transportation, housing, stipend, or appearance fee. This is an application to perform at Mini-Mini Con with no monetary compensation.

For Mini-Mini Con this is required. Please provide a link to a video that shows your prior performance. DO NOT LINK TO THE SONG(S) THAT YOU PLAN TO PERFORM. WE WANT TO SEE YOUR OWN PERFORMANCE WHICH IS REQUIRED TO BE APPROVED.
What is the title of the performance you're performing? We need this for our Main Stage schedule.
The Main Stage will be 10' wide and 31' long. Please make sure everyone can fit on the stage.
We need to know how long you intend to perform. It needs to be in exact minutes, not a guess. No need to type in the unit of time (minute, second, etc.).
There is a limit of 1000 characters for the description. The description will potentially be listed on printed signage and event literature. Please be sure to have spelling and grammar checked prior to submission.

Please describe the audio/visual equipment you will need for your performance. We can provide a 3.5/AUX input, cables for HDMI inputs, and microphones (wired and wireless). We can show video/picture on 2 projector screens.

IMPORTANT: We will not have any proprietary adapters for tablets, phones or Apple laptops as you will be required to bring them to the event.
